The hotel is in absolute disarray! The air conditioning is broken, spewing dust everywhere—so charming! the breakfast was a disaster. cold dishes and hair on dirty cheese were just delightful. I expected a complimentary gesture for all my troubles, but no one seemed to care. Honestly, I almost raveed about my stay, but just couldn’t, alas!

I genuinely loved my stay. The staff's commitment to helping guests truly stood out, especially a friendly guy managing the parking area. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from both Kata and Karon beaches. Free mini-bar items made it feel special. The breakfast, while decent, had some delightful Thai dishes as well as fruits. My room was spacious, clean, and provided a fabulous view!

The internet access is limited to the first floor, which isn't convenient for all rooms. A couple of bathrooms had poor lighting, and there were some cleanliness issues noted in the breakfast area, such as fruit flies around the pastry table. Be wary of the sliding doors. they don't seal tightly and can let in unpleasant odors from the bathroom.
